Q53
In many nations, the insensibility of the government to environmental
pollution is crime-like.
(Especially Japanese government)
But, how much is recognition of the people supporting it?
A
The people's ignorant condition is also miserable.
The example is dioxin contamination.
Dioxin is called worst deadly poison which human beings made.
In the Vietnam War, it was broadly sprinkled by the forest in Vietnam
on the title said to "a defoliant"as a guerrilla slaughter.
The people from Vietnam exposed to this toxic gas are afflicted
by the sequela of this gas until they amount to present.
It is because remains nature is very high.
Even if we do such a talk,
Many persons will think "So what?"
But, the amount of dioxin contamination of the present industrially
advanced nations is more awful than Vietnam.
Especially Japan is the area where dioxin contamination is the severest
in the world.
In other words, the toxic gas twice the quantity of having been
used by the Vietnam War is scattered all over Japan.
In the experiment which gives dioxin to a rat, it is checked that
there are certainly deformed induction nature and a carcinogenic
one.
The greatest cause which becomes such is in correspondence of the
company which only has gaining profits in mind, and the government
who has adhered to it fast.
Dioxin equal to having bombed several 100 times is generated by
burning a plastic.
Especially a chlorine descent plastic like vinyl chloride is detrimental.
Dioxin damage once serious on "Japan is Kanemi oil symptoms",
a "PCB problem", etc. was experienced.
However, this experience is not employed efficiently at all.
Although combustibles garbage is processed by incineration in Japan,
in that case, it is considered that plastics are also combustibles
and they are incinerated together.
There is also a self-governing body which is trying to classify
a plastic and not to incinerate it hard.
It seems that but, it cannot perform if it puts into practice, since
cost starts.
Dioxin is continuing polluting a plastic in all parts of Japan certainly
by burning. |
