Let's affect your flesh by image training.
The method described above does influence only in a cerebrum.
However, there is a method of training the sport "image training."
This may be the good example of the method of making the self influencing
the movement muscles of the body.
Image training makes followings possible.
Contestants visualize the sight in which they are contesting in
advance.
By that, they make a motion of the body smooth, when performing
an actual game.
The merit of image training is being able to visualize the perfect
form which a contestant's performs.
In actual practice, we cannot do making perfect form simply.
The command by the brain controls muscles via athletic ability.
We are moving the body by this act.
However, if it is actual practice, while the muscles itself can
be strengthened, it becomes difficult to intercept a useless command
to muscles.
Although image training cannot strengthen muscles to it, it comes
to be able to perform telling a command to required muscles easily.
That is, it becomes easy for us to move the body satisfactorily.
But the image training itself is the quite difficult disciplining
method.
It is not so simple as is regarded as general.
Even if we visualize the figure with which how much is contesting,
we are not successful only by it.
It is because we have to make the command from a brain link with
muscles directly.
We do not actually move muscles only.
We need to change condition into the same state as the time of contesting.
In order for us to realize such a state, we need appropriate training.
